What to put in a message
Say which page you were on and what you need from it. For an error, copy the sentence and add the Georgia or county page that shows the rule as it reads now. For a question about your own sale, describe the situation in a line, such as a lender still on the title or a car towed inside the city, and name the guide you started from.
Leave out photos of your title, your driver's license number, your Social Security number and any bank details. Nothing here needs them. The privacy page sets out what this site keeps from an email, call or text.
Where car offers come from
An offer is made through the partner buyer's own site, which opens from the offer button on any guide. The buyer sets the amount and arranges the pickup, so a question about an offer you already hold goes to the buyer, through the contact routes on its own site.
